Its been such a long time since i went jogging. And its so rare that I have no classes on a Monday night, so off to the running tracks I went. I wanted to bring Joy with me, but decided not to since she is having her menses now. Running and dripping trails of blood is not a good idea.
I was off to a good start, even surprised myself that my knee injury didn't act up. Until 20 minutes later, something else act up. My hip started to be so painful that I had to stop. It was then did I remember how I got my hip injured -- the bad fall I had during my ski trip last year.
What a way to end my jog, with bad memories and bad injuries.
