Where can i find the best congee in Singapore?

Years back, Chinatown's 长城粥 was the best. But now, the standard has dropped so much that it crashed. The Chinese nationals who are cooking them now really did not do it up to the previous owner's standard.

Can someone tell me? Where else could I eat nice congee in Singapore?

Congee maybe a really simple dish... but its a comfort food for me. Its the kind of food that I like to eat when I'm not feeling well, when I feel upset, and when I feel lonely.
